What About Workout Scheduling?

 CrossFit follows a 3 on/1 off schedule. Due to the nature of our work, and varying fitness regimes, this could be problematic for Engine 74 Crossfit blog scheduling. So, that being said, there will be a Workout Of The Day posted every day, to accommodate various schedules.

If you're doing Crossfit , one day a week is better than nothing. If you're considering doing Crossfit exclusively, a 3/1 schedule is recommended for optimum performance.
